Shefarmers initiative was established on the 8th of June, 2021. The initiative was borne out of passion to provide support for our women who are spread all over the nation providing food for the nation.From our enagement and field work all over the region, we observed that women in the Agric business are in clusters and this is because agro commodities are peculiar to a perticular region. So women gather together in clusters to cultivate and process agro commodities.

For instance, if you travel to the western states OYO, Ogun, Osun, etc you will find women in clusters processing cassava into Garri, Yam into yam flour and plantain into plantain flour. This is because these commodities are located intheir region. So proximty to raw inputs defines our women clustering model. You will asl find women in Saki, Niger State and Part of Abuja processing shear butter because the inputs is found closer to them.
